This statement refers to the website greencanaleseticos.com and to the legal information pages published on it. It has been drawn up following the structure of Real Decreto 1112/2018, de 7 de septiembre, on the accessibility of websites and mobile device applications of the public sector.

The owner of this website is a private entity and, as such, is not subject to that Real Decreto. The statement is published voluntarily because among the organisations that use this service there are public sector entities, to which it does apply, and because anyone accessing a whistleblowing channel must be able to do so regardless of their abilities.

Scope: what this statement covers and what it does not

It covers the pages published at greencanaleseticos.com: the home page, its versions in the different languages and the legal pages (privacy policy, terms of use, code of conduct and this statement itself).

It does not cover each organisation's whistleblowing channel. That channel lives at a different web address and runs on GlobaLeaks, an open source application developed by a third party. Its accessibility depends on that software and on whoever develops it, not on the owner of this website, and it is therefore not declared here. If you need information about the accessibility of the channel through which you are going to submit a report, please contact the organisation that owns that channel.

Nor does it cover third-party websites to which this website may link.

Compliance status

This website is PARTIALLY COMPLIANT with standard UNE-EN 301 549:2019 (equivalent to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, level AA), owing to the lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

“Partially compliant” is used and not “fully compliant” for a specific reason: the review carried out is a technical self-assessment and has not included testing with real assistive technologies or with users with disabilities. Declaring full compliance without such testing would be to claim more than has been verified.

Non-accessible content

The content set out below is not fully accessible for the following reasons:

• Lack of conformity with the standard: the functioning of the site has not been verified with screen readers (for example NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver), with screen magnifiers or with voice navigation. The site has been built following the techniques those products need —hierarchical headings, landmark regions, alternative text, language declared on each page and on each language-switching link— but until it is tested it cannot be taken as verified.
• Lack of conformity with the standard: the checks have been carried out on Chromium-based browsers. Not all browsers or all their versions have been tested, nor have mobile device browsers.
• Lack of conformity with the standard: below a screen width of 320 pixels, horizontal scrolling may appear. The standard requires that there be none from that width upwards, and from that width upwards there is none.
• Disproportionate burden: none is claimed.
• Content falling outside the scope of the applicable legislation: each organisation's whistleblowing channel, as explained in the section on scope.

What has been checked

This section does not form part of the minimum required content, but it is included so that anyone can know what lies behind the word “partially”:

• The contrast of every text colour and of the interface elements, calculated with the official relative luminance formula on the actual colours of the style sheet, in both the light theme and the dark theme.
• Full keyboard navigation: tab order, focus visibility, absence of focus traps, operation of the “Skip to content” link, and opening and traversal without a mouse of both the language selector and the theme selector, the latter also with the arrow keys.
• Zooming up to the equivalent of 400 % (a width of 320 pixels) without loss of content or horizontal scrolling, and the increase in text spacing required by the standard without anything overlapping or being cut off.
• The structure of each page: a single first-level heading, a hierarchy with no skipped levels, landmark regions identified and with names distinct from one another, and language and writing direction declared in each of the language versions, including Arabic, which is written from right to left.
• An automated review with the axe-core tool on the pages exactly as the server delivers them.

The site does not need JavaScript: all the information and all the links, including the language switch, work with the browser alone. The only control that does need it —the light or dark theme selector— is not shown when there is no JavaScript, and in that case the page follows the theme configured on the device. Nor does it use cookies, or forms, or content that moves, flashes or updates by itself, and it respects the system preference for reduced motion.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 30 July 2026.

The method used was a self-assessment carried out by the owner of the site itself, combining an automated review with axe-core and manual checks with the keyboard, contrast calculation and verification of the code served.
